From the Hotel with less than a 5-minute walk, you get to its symbolic place, the Scaligero Castle; in less than 10 minutes, you get to the Roman ruins of the well-known Grottoes of Catullus.

Reaching out to touch the lake, wrapped in a centuries old park, the Villa is at a short distance from the renowned Jamaica beach, and in front of the entry to the Sirmione Thermal Baths.
